PLEASE NOTE: As standard the Heat Exchanger will not come with TXV or hose adapters, these must be selected when adding the product to cart.
The T7Design range of Multi-Plate Refrigerant Heat Exchangers offer an extremely efficient way of cooling liquids with refrigerant, they are also very compact, reliable and cost effective. With an ever-growing range of sizes available they are perfectly suited for cooling Battery Packs, BMS, Motor Inverters, Coolants, Hydraulic oils and many other applications. On the liquid side of the heat exchanger, we have incorporated ORB12 threaded connections for their versatility to be adapted to many different hose sizes or connection standards. The heat exchanger can be ordered with or without adapters.

Dimensions
PLEASE NOTE: The dimensioned diagram below shows the heat exchanger installed with ORB12 to AN12 Male to Male Adapters, and also the TXV to MIO Hose Adapter. These are options that can be chosen within the product configurator.
Dimensions include insulation jacket.

ATTENTION
- For correct operation, it is important that the heat exchanger is mounted on its side so that the liquid refrigerant line going in (#6) is below the gaseous refrigerant line out (#10).
- A range of ORB12 to commonly used threads and hose diameters are available.
- If using R1234yf refrigerant then it is recommend to swap out the HNBR O-Rings to Viton.
- Please use grease on all O-Ring connections to prevent tearing, the correct type of grease will be determined by O-Ring material and refrigerant or liquid.
