Billet Bulkhead Plate Kit - Quad Inline
Available as a mix and match kit, our bulkhead system allows you to configure a bulkhead pass-through kit using a variety of different hose connectors and bulkhead plates.
Our high-quality modular bulkhead system offer the perfect solution to transfer fluids through your firewall or bulkhead and are o-ringed to ensure a fully waterproof fit. There are many options available including a number of different bulkhead plates and fittings for Air Conditioning, Push-On Hoses, and AN adapters for Water, Fuel, Oil and Power Steering lines. All options can be configured separately to create all sorts of unique combinations!
The lock plates are designed with a hexagonal cut out that interlocks with the bulkhead plates preventing them from rotating when tightening the nut on the reverse side. These units are fully sealed with O-rings front and back to ensure a watertight seal, no sealant or gaskets required. On the reverse side is a load spreader plate to ensure that the bulkhead O-ring has consistent pressure applied allowing fitment on thin bulkhead panels that may not have enough strength to offer a consistent seal all around. All edges are chamfered and the back plate is rumbled to help prevent edges damaging or cracking paint.

Notes: The backing plate (No.6) is a load spreader to fully sandwich the bulkhead plate o-ring against the bulkhead/firewall which will ensure a fully watertight seal. This allows installation against thin or flimsy bulkheads that may not otherwise have enough strength to ensure consistent pressure is applied.
Item no.1 in the diagram is representative and many different options of hose fitting are available.
