This unit is ideal for use in applications that have a large internal volume or where the vehicle is used in an extremely cold environment and needs a large heater to overcome a large interior surface area or lack of insulation. Typical uses for this size of heater will be watercooled engined VW Campers, boat cabins, expedition trucks, Long Wheel Base Land Rovers, Vans etc.
The 8.6kw Heater has a durable ABS shell housing an efficient copper/aluminium heater core, a double centrifugal blower and a 3 speed resistor pack, the unit can be fully disassembled should any parts need replacing or cleaning out.
A 4 position fan switch is required to operate all 3 speeds on this heater (Off, Low, Medium, High). Please note that no switches are supplied, please view our selection of switches available.

Wiring Information
This heater uses a single motor dual bladed centrifugal blower with fan control via an onboard resistor pack, you will require a 4 position fan switch to operate this fan.
Please note that no switches are supplied with the heater, please see our range of multi position switches sold separately.
