Our range of Push Fit Hose Male Flow Control Banjo Fittings are made from high quality Nickel-Plated Brass & Polyoxymethylene (POM). These Banjo fittings allow a tight 90 degree turn where space is at a premium, allowing the flow to be varied depending what is suitable for your system or component.
We hold a large range of push fit hose joiners, push fit hose threaded fittings and Polyurethane (PU) push fit hose in stock which are suitable for many applications in the Automotive, Engineering and Commercial industry.
Please note that it is only recommended to use these products with air or pure water (pure water must not exceed 60°C). In pure water applications, if the temperature of the fluid exceeds 60°C, the heat and moisture can cause damage to the fitting's body and gasket.
Although it is not recommended, these products can be used with other fluids but must not be corrosive or flammable. Please note, using aggressive fluids will reduce the working life of the hose or fitting.

Installing and removing both threaded and push fit hose fittings.
Please use a suitable tool to fasten and remove the fittings through the outer hexagon or inner hexagon of the fitting body. When tightening the fittings threads, please refer to the recommended torque amount listed in the recommended torque values information above. If the torque amount exceeds the recommended value, it can cause stress to the threads and may cause the fitting to break, or the gasket to deform and cause the fitting to leak.
Cutting, preparing and installing your Polyurethane hose.
When cutting your Polyurethane hose, please ensure that the cut surface of the hose is completely vertical to avoid the pipe forming an oval shape. We recommend that you purchase and utilise our own Polyurethane Push Fit Hose Cutter Tool (P/N: PU-HOSE-CUTTER). It is also recommended that once you have inserted your pipe to your fitting or joiner, please pull the pipe to confirm that it is completely secured into the locking ring.
Removing push fit hose from any threaded fittings and joiners.
When removing push fit hose, please make sure that the internal pressure is zero. Please press the release ring evenly before removing the push fit hose. If the release ring is not completely compressed, you can strain the hose and tube debris could remain inside of the fitting.
